Description
Honey and propolis, which are part of this bath salt, have a beneficial effect on the skin condition, make it softer, more supple and velvety, with a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Biologically active substances of honey deeply penetrate into the skin, stimulate metabolic processes, accelerate skin regeneration, promote its rejuvenation, and have a pronounced anti-cellulite effect. Propolis has calming effect and strengthens the body’s immune system, moisturizes, nourishes and softens the skin, leaving it feeling light and silky. Salt contains a high concentration of micro- and macro- elements necessary for the normal functioning of the body: potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron and sulfate ions.

Usage
Dissolve 100 g (4-5 tablespoons) of salt in warm water. To obtain a pronounced balneological effect, add up to 500 grams per bath. Take a bath at temperature of 35-39 C for 10-20 minutes every day or every other day for a course of 10-15 procedures.
